Lead Generation Idea of the week!

Mike Brodie shared this idea last week during our SHIFT tour. I was amazed at the results he reported - 17 closings pending from this activity alone. Here it is: go to a local coffee shop in the morning. Purchase a $100 gift card and give it back to the cashier. Instruct the cashier to pay for the next $100 in orders with the gift card and inform the customer their coffee is your treat. Ask the cashier to let them know they can thank you if they would like - you are sitting at the table by the entrance. Set yourself up at a convenient table close to the entrance and prepare to meet new people! Think about this - the agent that shared this technique does this on different days, different times at different coffeee shops 40 times a year. The cost -$4,000; the reward - over $95,000 in pending GCI and future business yet to be realized. Please send me your results if you choose to use this idea - I would love to know!
