Home Business Vendor Fair and Client Event!  Your clients have home businesses and holding a vendor fair for your clients is a win-win!  I know several agents that use this format for lead genertion and demonstrate excellent results!*  Secure a roomy location – may be your home or a local clubhouse also works well.  A neighborhood park works well on a sunny day.*  Invite your home business clients to set up a booth for their wares.* Ask your clients to invite their databases to the event – and better yet, if they will provide you their client database, send the invitations yourself!* Ideally, you will have 8-10 “booths” selling their products and all vendors will have the opportunity to build business within each other’s network.  You are the host of the event and you will certainly build your met database and generate new business!
